Our commitment
VitalUP wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of how we design and build, not an afterthought.
What we do
- Use real headings, links, buttons and form labels, so the site works with screen readers and keyboards.
- Check color contrast for text and controls across our brand colors.
- Show a visible focus outline when you move through the site with a keyboard.
- Turn off scroll and motion effects when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Describe charts and illustrations with text alternatives.
- Size buttons and links so they are easy to tap on phones.
Known limitations
Our videos do not have captions yet. Some content comes from third parties, such as our Calendly scheduling tool and embedded social media, and we cannot fully control its accessibility. Some older blog posts and PDFs may not yet meet our standards. We are reviewing and improving them.
Feedback and help
If something on the site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please let us know. Email hello@vitalupmarketing.com or call (585) 831-7226, and tell us the page and the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
How we review the site
We test the site with automated tools, keyboard navigation and screen readers, and we review new pages before they launch. This statement was last reviewed on October 8, 2026.
